3Account Policy & Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the security of your ku8 account. You are liable for all activity on your account until you formally notify ku8 that it has been compromised.

Password & Login

Never share your password with anyone — not even ku8 staff. No ku8 employee will ever ask for your password. If someone claims to represent ku8 and asks for it, it's a scam.

Account Information Update

If your phone number, email, or contact details change, update your account immediately. ku8 is not responsible for missed notifications resulting from outdated information.

4Betting Rules

Please read the following rules carefully before placing bets on ku8. By betting, you confirm that you have read and accepted these rules.

Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on ku8 are final once confirmed. Confirmed bets generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, a "Bet Edit" or "Cash Out" option may be available in certain cases, depending on the bet type and market conditions.

Odds Changes

Odds may change before a bet is confirmed. ku8 strives to offer the most accurate odds for every event, but market fluctuations mean changes cannot always be avoided.

If an event is cancelled

If a match or event is cancelled, stakes are generally refunded. However, specific rules may apply in certain markets, in which case those market-specific rules will govern.

• The minimum stake per bet is ৳10.
• Maximum bet amounts vary by market and event.
• Odds can change rapidly during live betting sessions.
• Ku8 reserves the right to reject any bet, particularly in cases of suspected irregular activity.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, ku8 reserves the right to void the affected bets.

5Payments & Financial Transactions

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on ku8. Please familiarise yourself with them before proceeding with any transaction.

Deposit

Ku8 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit is ৳100. Funds are typically credited to your wallet within 1–5 minutes. If there's a delay, please contact support with your transaction ID.

Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 12–48 hours. KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal. Withdrawals must be made using the same method as your deposit.

Transaction Currency

Ku8 operates in BDT. For transactions involving foreign currencies, conversion rates will apply and the user bears full responsibility for any such conversion.

6Bonus & Promotion Terms

Ku8's bonus offers are highly attractive, but each comes with specific terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in the bonus being forfeited.

• Turnover Requirements: Most bonuses require a minimum wagering amount before withdrawal (turnover requirement). This is clearly stated on each bonus page.
• Validity: Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus balance will be automatically forfeited once it expires.
• One bonus at a time: Generally, only one bonus can be active at a time, unless otherwise specified.
• Abuse Prohibited: Creating fake accounts or using any other fraudulent means to claim bonuses will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and accounts.
• ku8's decision is final: In any bonus-related dispute, ku8's decision shall be considered final.

7Security & KYC Verification

Ku8 takes financial crime and fraud prevention seriously. As a result, KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory before every withdrawal.

9Account Suspension & Termination

10Policy on Changes to Terms & Conditions
